You maybe got banned from a forum or anything else, here is your solutions. I show you the way of IP changing.

How To Change Your Public IP?

• To change your IP address First, you have to unplug your modem.
• Wait at least for five minutes.
• Connect to a different device
• Shut down your computer
• You will have to connect your internet directly (Don't connect via a router)
• Connect your modem with an ethernet port
• Turn on your modem first
• Then turn on your computer and let is boot as soon as you have a connection shut is down
• Reconnect your router, as your computer shutdowns connect your modem to the WAN port of your router. Now you may have a new IP address.

You can also change your IP address with Proxy or VPN.

How to change your private IP?

Change your IP using Command:

• Type cmd in the search box at start menu
• As command prompt appears, type "ipconfig /release"
• As the message appears, type "ipconfig /renew"
• Then you will see your new IP address
