Another reason to boot windows 7 from USB is, It's a fast process, and you don't have to take much care of the windows installation disk.

How to install windows 7 from USB:
Step 1. Create Windows 7 boot USB
a. Download Win to flash
b. Install "Win to flash"
c. Set the windows source
d. Complete the process
Step 2. Install Windows

b. Open Boot menu
c. Set USB as the primary boot option
d. Save changes
e. Install windows normally
